LUNGTA WARRANTY
We thank you for purchasing LUNGTA product and we are sure
you will enjoy it. In this event your product may require service, please
contact customer care centre for assistance. We advise you to read instruction
manual carefully. Company warrantees the product to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of two years from the date of its original purchase. This
non-transferable warranty is only for the first user. If during this period of
warranty the product proves to be defective due to improper material or
workmanship, the company will repair the product free of charge subjects to the
terms and conditions mention below.
TERMS AND CONDATION

1.
Warranty will be valid only when the warranty card along with
the original invoice or sale receipt (indicating the date of purchase, model
no, serial no and dealers name) is presented together with the defective
product. |

2.
Company reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the
above document cannot be presented or if the information contained is
incomplete or tempered. |
|
3.
This warranty shall not cover any damage resulting from
adaptations or adjustments which may be made to the product. |
|
4.
The warranty will not apply if the type of serial no. on the
product has been altered, removed or defaced. |
|
5.
This warranty does not extend to cabinet, knobs, or any
accessories defined in the operating manual supplied with the company
product. |
|
6.
This warranty does not cover the damage caused to the product
due to improper installation by the customer and/ or connecting the product
to equipment not approved by company and deficiency in product performance
due to signal reception. |
|
7.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the TV
screen if the product is in commercial, business, industrial, educational or
rental applications |
|
8.
This warranty does not cover the risk to the product caused by
accident, lightening, water, fire, other acts of God, improper ventilation,
dropping or excessive shocks or any external cause beyond component control |
|
9.
This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights
under applicable Indian laws, nor the consumer's right against the dealer
arising from their sale/ purchase contract. |
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT
APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:-

1.
All software programs,
including the operating system and user interface software added to this
product weather pre loaded or shipped with the product or installed
subsequently |
|
2.
Installation of hardware,
software and networking. |
|
3.
Earphones and/ or
connecting cables are not covered in this warranty. |
|
4.
Company is not
responsible for the loss of any of your confidential proprietary or personal
and corrupted data. |
|
5.
Configuration of drivers,
embedded software, system data recovery |
|
6.
No retailers has the
authority to vary the terms of above warranty |
|
7.
Any repair work carried
out by unauthorized company service personnel. |
|
8.
This warrant will
automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period s specified
above, even if the product may not be in use for any duration during the
warranty period for any reason. |
|
9.
The product is installed,
maintained and operated in ways other than as recommended by the company |
